What we collect when you visit proscreative.pro or contact us, why, who we share it with, and how to control it.
Who we are
This website is operated by PROS.Creative FZ-LLC (license 103309), Thuraya Tower 1, Office 503, Dubai Media City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“PROS.CRTV”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: hello@proscreative.pro.
What we collect
When you contact or book us
If you message us on WhatsApp, email us, call us or book through the calendar on our site, we receive what you send: your name, phone number, email address, company, the dates and details of your shoot, and any files you share. Studio payments are processed by Stripe or by bank transfer; we do not receive or store card details.
When you browse the site
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring page. Our host, Cloudflare, processes this to deliver and secure the site.
- Analytics and advertising data — if cookies are allowed (see below), analytics and advertising tools record how you use the site and whether you arrived from one of our ads.
- Contact-button clicks — on our LED stage hire page, a click on WhatsApp or email creates a short request number that is added to your message. With cookies allowed, we store that number for 7 days together with your IP address, browser type, country, the page URL and the advertising identifiers set by the ChatGPT Ads pixel. If you then actually write to us, we use this to tell OpenAI that the ad produced a real enquiry.
- Preferences — your language choice and cookie choice are kept in your browser’s local storage.

We use cookies and similar technologies from the following providers:

Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland: analytics and advertising tools are not loaded until you select “Accept” in the cookie banner.
All other visitors: these tools run by default and the banner lets you decline at any time. You can change your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page, and you can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
Some pages load content from other services — the booking calendar (Cal.com), video (YouTube), the map (Google Maps) and web fonts (Google Fonts) — which may set their own cookies or receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.
Why we use your data
- To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and manage your booking.
- To run, secure and improve the website.
- To measure which ads bring real enquiries and bookings, so we pay only for advertising that works.
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies where the law requires it, on the steps needed to provide the service you asked for, on our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business, and on our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers listed in this policy (hosting, analytics, advertising, booking, messaging and payment services), with professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
When an enquiry or booking from our LED stage hire page is confirmed, we send OpenAI the event type (enquiry or booking), the booking amount where relevant, and the technical and advertising identifiers described above, so that OpenAI can attribute it to our ChatGPT ad. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or message.
Some of these providers process data outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States and the European Union, under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Contact-button request numbers — 7 days; the record that an enquiry or booking was confirmed — 30 days.
- Enquiries and booking correspondence — as long as needed to serve you, and afterwards as required for accounting and legal purposes.
- Analytics and advertising data — according to the retention settings of each provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy of your data. To exercise these rights, email hello@proscreative.pro. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
